One of the longest running festivals, Akbank Jazz Festival, is celebrating its 30th anniversary with a special album project. Supporting Turkish jazz and jazz musicians and hosting more than 5 thousand local and international jazz musicians, the festival willfeature in this album original works that will be published for the first time and are prepared by 30 jazz musicians and groups of Turkey. This album, which will be an archival work reflecting the Turkish Jazz world, is going to be released as a vinyl record and in digital format in October.

Akbank Jazz Festival; “JAmZZ Akbank Jazz Festival Young Talents Competition”, which brings together young and amateur talents with master jazz musicians, is returning. Young musicians who will have the chance to perform with the jury members in the final night to be held in October; will be awarded the studio recording from Zuhal Music and gift cheque with the “best performance”, “best improvisation” and “best comment” awards at the end of the night.
